APD Condition Series
Ready for a new fitness challenge? Allen Police Department (APD) is offering new workout programs for Allen residents age 17 and older. APD Condition Series are free, beginner-level bootcamps styled after the training undergone by police recruits!
At each workout, expect a dynamic warmup and exercise demonstration, followed by 30 minutes of metabolic conditioning, ending with a cool down. Exercise regressions and progressions are included to make workouts easier or more difficult, ensuring you get the most out of each session. No equipment needed!
Condition 1 is designed to add cardio and abdominal work to your weekly routine. With 15 different movements, in addition to coached variations, you'll have fun while burning calories. Each 40-minute class takes place on Wednesdays and/or Fridays for set periods of time (see registration details). You can register for as many different days/times that work with your schedule.
Condition 6 is recommended for anyone looking to begin a physical fitness journey, change their routine or prepare for a physically demanding job. Each 45-minute class takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays over the course of six weeks.
