Rental Requirements


Joe Farmer Recreation Center rentals must be made at least two weeks in advance for after-hour rentals, and five days advance for business-hour rentals. Full payment of reservation fee and security deposit must be done at the time of booking a rental. No rentals may occur between the hours of 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Refunds will not be issued if rental is cancelled with a notification of less than five working days before the date stated on the Rental Agreement. Rental fee will be kept and deposit will be returned.

Partial refunds will be issued if rental is cancelled, regardless of reason, with notification of five or more working days before the date stated on the Rental Agreement. A $10 administrative charge will be the only deduction from the amount being refunded and the deposit will be returned.

Additional Equipment Available


We have a dry erase board and a TV/DVD Player. All equipment must be requested in advance to guarantee availability.

You can rent the Tiny Tots equipment for $25, which includes a small bounce house and up to three foam mats. This equipment is appropriate for children age 4 and younger. On-duty staff will set up equipment and take it down.

Birthday Party Packages

After-Hours Package: All-Star

 
Private use of downstairs facility (excluding weight room, maximum 40 children). Includes:
  • Game room (air hockey, foosball, table tennis)
  • Racquetball courts
  • Gymnasium
  • Use of six tables and 10 chairs
  • Unlimited equipment checkout
Cost: $75 per hour (minimum 2 hours)/$100 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs)
